Part of the Omni Hotel real assets, this iconic building was left devastated due to a slashed operations budget during an economic downturn. PR&A personnel were able to assess the condition of the facility shortly after acquisition and prepared the initial projections for returning the facility to its original condition. Our staff identified decades of construction repairs and remodeling that had been done without adherence to code requirements which opened the ownership to risk associated with fire and life-safety improvements. Following three years of renovation, the hotel is once again a regal national treasure.
