McKinney & Olive is a mixed-use development located in the heart of the Uptown submarket in Dallas, Texas. McKinney & Olive is a 542,000 square foot mixed-use class AA office development that includes 50,000 sf of retail and restaurant space. The project was designed by internationally-acclaimed architect Cesar Pelli. PR&A provided design document review, construction monitoring, and closeout services.
